Joshua Filler, known as "The Killer", extended his legacy in 2026 by becoming the first player to win the UK Open title twice, routing Poland's Wojciech Szewczyk 13-1 in the final. The win came after a strong 2025 that saw him claim the European Open and help Team Europe to another Mosconi Cup victory.
A former World Champion (2018) and US Open winner (2019), Filler has taken Mosconi Cup MVP honours three times — in 2017, 2022 and 2023 — making him one of the format's most decorated performers.
